iMaintain will keep in regular contact with you and provide a reminder 4 weeks prior to any scheduled maintenance date to confirm the date is still suitable to complete your work. We will confirm our arrival time via text or email 24 hours prior to any scheduled appointment time.
iMaintain staff, employees and agents will always treat you and your property as private and confidential and guarantee both will be treated with the utmost respect.
All iMaintain work meets the warranties and guarantees required by law. iMaintain work is only undertaken with a pre-agreed fixed fee and all work undertaken must be paid for in advance. Please see our quotes and payments procedure.
Up to date records
An updated iMaintain maintenance schedule will be emailed to you after every completion of any work being carried out and will be available to view anytime. iMaintain keep a record of measurements taken from your comprehensive home maintenance survey and we note all materials used in the construction of your home. This allows us to provide a fixed fee for any necessary maintenance work prior to being undertaken and we record when the work was completed.
Remove warrantee hassle
Our records ensure you are able to claim on any product guarantees should there be any future failure and allows you or future owners to match any existing products and colours used.
Selling your home?
iMaintain records also prove your investment in the upkeep of your home and are available to you. Should you decide to sell your home you can use your maintenance history to establish the value of your home and assure a buyer in a similar way to car service history.
